We ship across Ukraine to a branch, parcel locker or by courier. 1–3 days, carrier rates apply.
Payment
Cash on delivery, or a card transfer once we confirm your order.
Pre-orders
Items marked “Pre-order” ship as soon as the batch reaches our warehouse. No prepayment needed.
Exchange and returns
You can return or exchange an item within 14 days of receiving it if it is unused and in its original packaging. Message us on Telegram and we'll help.
FAQ
When will it be in stock?
The first batch is already on its way from the factory. After you pre-order we'll text you on Telegram or call as soon as it arrives.
Can I wash the pad?
Cloth pads — yes: by hand in warm water (up to 30 °C) with mild soap, dry flat away from radiators. A glass pad just needs a wipe with a damp cloth.
Is there a logo on the pad?
A small SKIMVALE logo in the bottom-right corner, out of your way.
